WINNOW Consultants and Associates is a Limited Liability, Business Development Firm that is focused on the sustainable development of our clients. As such, we strive to find ways of ensuring that the client’s organisation remains nimble and profitable through the continual injection of researched knowledge, innovation and adaptive business practices. We seek to inspire, and advise our clients to view their product or service as a globally competitive offering, even if there is no immediate desire to export. It is our belief that with this approach infused into our intervention, we will be able to sustainably improve the client’s company in every aspect of its operations.

Who We Are

When WINNOW was founded, our company focused on Consultancy and Management services for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. It was clear that these SMEs would have experienced difficulties with the know-how of business around their ideas. On their own, these companies were ill-equipped to build a supporting organisation around their business operations. WINNOW Consultants and Associates sought to do that for them by being that much-needed supporting organisation – by providing the services that were required or by helping them to develop the internal systems that would enable their survivability.

Indeed, WINNOW’s interventions are heavily based on the application of research-based innovation. Created through the amalgamation of academics and practitioners, WINNOW is able to offer its clients advanced, relevant and applicable solutions.

Our offerings include marketing, training, corporate strategies, finance, accounting, project management, entrepreneurial development, human resource management and knowledge development.

Through our expansion initiative, WINNOW has also been able to partner with associated individuals and companies to offer services in Economic Resilience, Legislation and Policy Development, Risk Management, Compliance, Agriculture and Food Production, Waste Management and Customer Care.
Of Caribbean origins and with increasing reach beyond the region, WINNOW was founded within the Small Island Developing State of Trinidad and Tobago which has presented a particular context regarding business development. Due to this, WINNOW has placed special interest and emphasis on the development of companies within this context.
