Economic from the University of the West Indies. He has sixteen years of experience providing professional services to public, private and NGO entities in the areas of corporate/business planning, corporate governance, finance, budgeting, process reengineering and project management.
His life motto is every problem has a solution, and the key to finding the solution is understanding the problem.
